The Menu
The menu is always different.
I never repeat the same recipe, because each of them are or my artistic creations or a research about tipical and traditional plates that I'm glad to share with my guests.
I alchemically choose, mix, and transform the ingredients. I add intentions. The food that I prepare is for body, soul and spirit.
I only cook vegetarian, but my speciality is to prepare any kind of plate, even the ones with meat or fish, but.. without meat or fish! :)
I take care of all allergies and intollerances.

Where and How
I cook for groups in residence, for short or longer time, as Youth Exchanges, Training Course, Conferences, Spiritual and Yoga Retreats, Erasmus+ projects, ecc...
I will love to take care of your participants! :)
I don't cook to sell my food. I offer an experience, starting with storytelling, promoting awareness about eating, including music, atmosphere, and interaction with guests. I offer also
workshops of Mindful Eating or Cooking with Mindfulness.
Personal Chef and Home Restaurants (in mine or your), Tourists Homes, Organizations, and sometimes I can offer catering service.
I also offer cooking class and I love to be Tutor for people (also from a disandvanged background) that want to learn a profession.
I can be cheap, which means I can make a lot of things, even if you have a very low budget. And I can come to you with the cheapest and slowest mean of transport, I don't mind.
I also like to organize thematic dinners with the subject you choose.
I can move all around the world, as I'm a nomad traveller, while, in this moment I have a base in Lecce, Puglia, South of Italy. Take profit for longer projects!

First of all I'm a Free Dreamer.
Then because of that I'm a traveller, but also I love to host people, serve them. As I'm a Dreamer, I change often profession, and I made so many times in the past, but always keeping the passion
for cooking and hospitality!
I speak Italian (I born in Italy), English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, and I'm learning other languages.

You can try my food for free. How? I come to your place or you come to my house (now in Merida, Mexico).
I cook for you and your friends, but you also bring food and drinks to share.
